Muscle Gain club

1-First rule of muscle gain club is to consume more than you burn.

2-Second rule of muscle gain club is to consume more than you burn.

3-Third rule of muscle gain club is increase total training volume over time (progressive overload).

4-The fourth rule of muscle gain club is 0.8g-1g of protein per lb of body weight is effective (maybe even less).

5-Fifth rule learn rep ranges and have a program.

6-Sixth rule get a training partner(stronger than you = good)

7-Seventh rule training will go on as long as it needs to do!(keep it under 1 and a half hours).

8-Eighth and final rule if this is your first time at muscle gain club you have to squat/deadlift.
